At Complete Demolition Services, safety is an integral part of every project from initial planning through final completion. Demolition is constantly changing, and our approach is built around identifying hazards, planning the work, and adapting as site conditions evolve.

Before demolition begins, our team evaluates structural conditions, utilities, adjacent structures, equipment access, pedestrian and vehicle traffic, environmental hazards, overhead hazards, fall exposures, and the planned demolition sequence.

Our experienced project managers, superintendents, operators, and field personnel work together to establish controlled work zones, maintain proper equipment separation, protect surrounding properties, and ensure demolition activities are performed according to the project-specific plan.

Daily safety communication, equipment inspections, employee training, competent-person oversight, and continuous field supervision are fundamental parts of our operations.

On complex projects, CDS works closely with owners, general contractors, engineers, environmental consultants, and other project stakeholders to develop safe and effective demolition procedures tailored to each structure and site.
